Packer Shoes offers a 14-day return window for eligible products provided they are in brand-new, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. Please note that all sales on limited-edition releases, collaborations, and discounted items are final.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shoebox and place them inside a separate shipping box to ensure the product packaging remains undamaged.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
